Starting Weight: 210lbs

Goal Weight: 185lbs

Current Plan: Cutting down to the weight, and building up again.

Monday: Arms / Abs

Tuesday: Cardio

Wed: Back & Shoulders Abs

Thursday: Cardio

Friday: Chest and Abs

Current weight: 208lbs

After a week of feeling like shit... I'm finally getting back to the gym.


Started off easy this morning with a lot of stretching and body resistance to get my body used to the workout again. I plan on being back on my schedule by the end of the week.

After about 20 minutes of resistance and stretching, accompanied by practically coughing up a lung, I hit the eliptical for about 15 minutes.

On my lunch Ill do another 20 minutes.

I hate getting sick.

ugh.... you know what sucks? being sick... that sucks.

Prolly be down for another day or so.... Time to drink lots of water and see about getting healthy first.

Current Weight: 208.6lbs

Finally back up and running, still got some allergies but nothing major.


Today was sort of a mix and match...

I tired out the Bands that Adam bought, gotta admit Im liking them. Just need more resistance on em.

After that:

3x10x45lbs - Dumbell Squats

3x10x25lbs each arms - Dumbell push press

2X10 - Judo Pushups

50 - Bicycle Kicks

30 - Mt. climbers

3x10x25lbs - Iron Eagles the Resistance band Iron Eagles, same reps.

All of this was done with a 20lb conditioning Vest.

After the workout I Drank 2 scoops Isopure Whey and 3 cheesticks (they were delicious)


Note to self: Fix your diet ...
