Finally back up and running, still got some allergies but nothing major.
Today was sort of a mix and match...
I tired out the Bands that Adam bought, gotta admit Im liking them. Just need more resistance on em.
After that:
3x10x45lbs - Dumbell Squats
3x10x25lbs each arms - Dumbell push press
2X10 - Judo Pushups
50 - Bicycle Kicks
30 - Mt. climbers
3x10x25lbs - Iron Eagles the Resistance band Iron Eagles, same reps.
All of this was done with a 20lb conditioning Vest.
After the workout I Drank 2 scoops Isopure Whey and 3 cheesticks (they were delicious)
Note to self: Fix your diet ...
